The data encompasses, for example, the type of web browser, the related operating system, requested website or file, time of access, the domain name of your Internet service provider and IP address in anonymous form (used only to determine the location of access). The evaluation does not allow any conclusions about the access behaviour of individual persons.

Personal data is all information that allows one to draw conclusions about the visitor and the latter's personal and factual circumstances.

Personal data will only be collected or processed if the visitor voluntarily provides such information, e.g. in the context of performance of a contract (e.g. purchase, subscription etc.) or a request by contact form or by email. Unless it is necessary for reasons relating to a business transaction, the visitor may revoke the previous consent for us to store his/her personal data at any time and with immediate effect in writing (e.g. by email or fax). Otherwise, personal data will be kept for as long as the visitor is a subscriber and does not request deletion of his/her data.

The legal basis for the processing of this personal data is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 letter b GDPR, because the processing is necessary for the fulfilment of a contract between the service provider and the customer or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures, which are carried out at the request of the customer person.
